Filinvest Mimosa+ Leisure City, the showpiece business and leisure hub and high-powered growth engine in the north, is set on being the all-in-one destination within the Clark Freeport Zone, catering to both business people and leisure travelers.

Modern infrastructure seamlessly melds with lush greenery, the result of an integrated masterplan guided by an eco-friendly, live-work-play philosophy.

Filinvest Mimosa+ Leisure City consists of the sophisticated Quest Hotel and Conference Center-Clark, world-class hotel that is a favorite for staycations with its well-appointed rooms; the award-winning Mimosa Golf Course, with two challenging, par-72,18-hole courses, that once hosted Tiger Woods; and the newly developed nature sanctuary Acacia Park, as well as the green-canopied walking paths and bike lanes, the development is fast becoming the preferred leisure destination in northern Luzon.

Bolstering Filinvest Mimosa+ Leisure City’s position as a top destination for recreation and outdoor activities is its hosting of the Clark-Miyamit Falls Trail Ultra, or CM50, of International Trail Running Association (ITRA). The CM50 is the finale race of the exciting and demanding the 8 th Clark Miyamit (CM50 Ultra) Trail Race Series, carries two qualifying points of UTMB – the North Face Ultra-Trail du Mont Blanc. This year, the “mini-Bad Ass” category, 10 miles of unrivaled fun will be introduced.

As one of the pioneering ultras in the Philippines, the CM50 has been attracting numerous participants of different backgrounds and capabilities, both local and international, year in and year out. The trail race, proudly the longest running 50Miler in Asia, is an out-and-back course on footpath—an old trail used by the native Aetas—connecting Clark to the scenic Miyamit Falls in Porac, Pampanga via various challenging, picturesque routes.

The CM50 is just one of several major sports events that Filinvest Mimosa + is hosting, as it seeks to be a major driving force for tourism and economic development at the Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga and across the region.
